Finally tried this place and now know why there are always so many cars in the parking lot. Food was great, service was fast and employees were very friendly. The cherry shake was outstanding. I'll be back.
We have been eating at the Polar Whip for decades. The food is good for a burger joint. Love their system for calling the orders into the kitchen and ya know they say if it ain't broke don't fix it!
It's the best burgers around! You do need cash but it's worth it for sure. I'm drooling just thinking about it!
Ive been eating at and LOVING this burger place for as long as i can remember. Marion (right next door) is my hometown but I've been living in FL since i was a teenager, im 29 now. I still eat here every visit home. 4 times this last visit (I've been back for 2 weeks) and it has been frsh and delicious every time. The fries leave something to be desired but a doubke no cheese with only extra pickles, onions, and mustard is the best. Yum!

6 double cheeseburger for $7.50. Thin small patties that remind me of burgers my mom made w Lipton onion soup mix. Crunchy not greasy. Mustard onion and pickle. 2 could be a meal I needed 3. Friendly service. Legendary local place.
This was my husband's favor place to eat when he was a child. Been in business for 85 years! Small hamburgers but tasty! Fried green beans too! Good prices like years ago!

This place hasn't changed much in over 25 years and that's a good thing. This place is cash only though, so be aware. There is an ATM available inside the building though.
